Mrs. Raychell Neal is the owner and director of Steppin Out On Faith Learning Center. She's been a school teacher for over 30 years. She's a Christian woman, married for 35 years with 2 lovely daughters.

Hello, my name is Asia Neal. I am the office assistant for Steppin Out On Faith I have a B.A. in psychology and currently working in a masters for school counseling. I dedicate myself to make sure that every individual is greeted in a friendly matter and that my contributions to this team assist in helping each child thrive for success.

Mrs. Tamika Glover
Hello my name is Mrs. Tamika Glover, I have been teaching preschoolers for 24 years. I love working with young students!!! I am the Assistant Director & Lead Teacher for the 2 1/2 to early 3 year old classrooms. I have been a teacher here at Steppin’ Out On Faith Learning Center for the last 13 years! My classroom motto is “Little people can too!!” The main focus and mission for my classroom is to create a warm and friendly environment for all of my students.

Hello, my name is Sheretta Straughter. My students call me Mrs. S. I am the lead teacher for the 3 and 4 year old classroom. I have been working with children for 10 years and 4 years at Steppin’ Out On Faith. Everyday I strive to create a safe and fun learning environment in my classroom.

Hi! I am Jillian Tyson, my students call me Ms. Jill and my favorite animals are turtles. I love working with kids and being apart of their academic success. Currently I am an assistant teacher assisting in Ms. Sierra’s 2 to 3 year old class.

Hi! my name is Amelia Thompson. I am the assistant teacher in the preschool class ages 3 to 4 years old. My mission is to work on our student’s general education development while gaining and strengthening my students over all life skills, along with respecting everyone. My goal is to strengthen my students both mentally and emotionally while preparing them for their next educational levels.

My name is Mary Owens and I'm currently a child care provider at Steppin Out On Faith Learning Center. I've worked with children for many years and seen many facilities where children are being taught, but I've never seen one that compares to Steppin Out On Faith. Mrs. Renee’ Samuel
Hello my name is Ms. Renee’! I have been working at Steppin’ Out On Faith Learning center for 4 years. In March 2022 I received my CDA and now I am a Co-Teacher in the 4-5 year old class. My other passion besides teaching is art. I enjoy being an art mentor for children who also loves art too.
